FROM THE OWNERS DESK: 9999 REPAIR & AUTO SALES
As the coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve, we know it is on the forefront of our customers thoughts. We too have felt the impact in both the sales and service sides of our business. We understand our customer and their safety and well-being come first and foremost and we wanted to share with you, the steps that we have, are and continue to take in order to not only protect our customers but our families and friends as well. Like the rest of the world, we continue to monitor this situation daily if not hourly at this point and time. We see our local business partners being affected to the point that some have shut their doors and laid off employees. We are in constant communication with local leaders in both Lakewood but our state and federal representatives, Tacoma Health Department and the CDC. We are following their guidelines and updating processes each day as well.
We are taking every preventative measure to keep both our facilities and our inventory clean and establishing a healthy environment for our staff and customers. We are practicing “Social Distancing” and are focusing on using multiple sanitizing solutions for all high-traffic areas and vehicles before and after demonstration drives for our customers. We are keeping multiple cleaning supplies at each desk and station within the dealership.
Second, we are ensuring that no more than 8 people are in the dealership at any given time during operational hours and while being within the dealership everyone will practice “social distancing” by both staff and employees. At no time will we ask our customers to be inside of an office signing paperwork, all transactions will be conducted in the showroom where we have also ensured our filtration system has been cleaned and sanitized daily.
Third, you will not see any cost increases for either automotive sales or servicing during this trying period during the outbreak and eventual outcome.
Fourth, as you are within our facilities you will not have to worry about open water containers as we have an abundance of individual bottled water and snacks for our customers are all sealed and pre-packaged as well.
Fifth, we take the health of our employees seriously. We don’t want neither the employee or customers to worry about exposure. We monitor our employees daily and at any time if the employee shows even the slightest of symptoms we both allow and encourage them to please go home, make an appointment with their health provider and self-isolate immediately during this time as to stay safe and keep all those around them safe by not exposing them to this or any virus during this time.
Sixth, we want to remind you; our customers, that we are here for you and there are still many great ways for you to shop with us for your AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS. As you shop our website, please feel free to call and ask one of our customer representatives for additional pictures and videos of the vehicle of your choice. We want to make your experience one of happiness and comfort as well. We want to ensure that once you choose to buy from 9999 AUTO CENTER that all paperwork and documents needed can be completed within 30 minutes of your decision to purchase our vehicle.
